Warranty Information
All our products comes with Official CABLETIME 12 Months Limited warranty.
If a warranty issue arises, the faulty item must be returned to our office for inspection by our QC team. Once the issue is verified and approved, a replacement will be dispatched. In case the item is out of stock, the paid amount will be refunded.
Yes, returns or exchanges are accepted if:
The product is unused
Original packaging is intact
The request is made within 3 days of delivery
